fix(ci): 前端构建镜像源改回 docker.io
部署到群晖 / deploy (push) Failing after 41s
阿里云杭州源 TLS handshake timeout 导致首次 CI 失败，
换回官方 node:18-alpine；mcr.microsoft.com 能通常 docker.io 也能。

部署到群晖 / deploy (push) Failing after 42s
push main 触发：docker build Dockerfile.prod → 停旧启新容器
端口 10101:10101，数据卷按 volume1（db/logs）+ volume2（视频）分卷
