ci: 装 Docker CLI 步骤加详细排查日志
之前 apt-get update 用 -qq 静默，看不到到底卡在哪。加日志：
- 打印 os-release、sources 文件列表和内容
- 换源后对比确认 sed 生效
- DNS 解析 + HTTP 探测 mirrors.aliyun.com
- apt-get update 去 -qq 输出详细
拿到日志再定位下一步（DNS 问题？network 问题？sources 格式问题？）

ci: 换 runner 内 Ubuntu apt 源到阿里云
上次跑到 apt-get update 60s 超时（timeout 兜底生效）。原因：
- Runner (ubuntu-latest) 用的是 archive.ubuntu.com / security.ubuntu.com
- 之前的 sed 只匹配 deb.debian.org，对 Ubuntu 源根本没换
修改：
- 换 Ubuntu 源到 mirrors.aliyun.com，兼容 legacy /etc/apt/sources.list、
deb822 .sources 和 sources.list.d/*.list 三种格式
- update timeout 60s → 90s，install 180s → 240s，给国内源一点余量

ci: 装 Docker CLI 前先探测 + apt 加超时兜底
上次两次构建都在"安装 Docker CLI"这步 3h9m 卡死超时。原因：
- Runner 是 ubuntu-latest（Ubuntu 源），但 sed 只匹配 deb.debian.org，实际未换源
- apt-get 走原始 Ubuntu 源，网络出去慢就无限挂到全局 timeout
修改：
- 先 command -v docker 探测（gitea act_runner 大概率预装了 docker）
- 没有再走 apt 装，用 timeout 包裹各命令（update 60s / install 180s），超时快速失败而非 3h 挂死

feat: 将本地独有功能移植到 upstream 最新版本
基于 upstream/master (c5922f9) 新建分支，移植以下功能：
1. 扫码登录（DyQrCodeService + ConfigController 3个接口）
2. 视频预览组件（VideoPlayer.vue）
3. 下载配置服务（DownloadConfigService + AppConfig 6个扩展字段）
4. Gitea CI/CD（.gitea/workflows/deploy.yml）
5. 生产 Dockerfile（Dockerfile.prod，含中国镜像源配置）
