上次两次构建都在"安装 Docker CLI"这步 3h9m 卡死超时。原因： - Runner 是 ubuntu-latest（Ubuntu 源），但 sed 只匹配 deb.debian.org，实际未换源 - apt-get 走原始 Ubuntu 源，网络出去慢就无限挂到全局 timeout 修改： - 先 command -v docker 探测（gitea act_runner 大概率预装了 docker） - 没有再走 apt 装，用 timeout 包裹各命令（update 60s / install 180s），超时快速失败而非 3h 挂死 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
